What is Green Ridge Wealth Planning (GRWP)?

GRWP is a financial planning and business consulting firm that works with clients to help guide them into making the right financial decisions so they can reach all of their life goals. We consult business owners to create a self-managing business, we advise in investments, taxes, property, retirement plans, loans and budgeting, estate planning and wealth accumulation strategies. Clients join the GRWP family and get white glove service. We charge via consulting fees, financial planning fees or asset management fees, depending on the clients needs and the arrangement that makes the most sense. We have clients throughout the United States and utilize two of the largest custodians to manage our client’s money, so they feel protected in where their money is kept.

Executive Assistant - Responsibilities

Manage the owners’ schedule

  • Strategically manage access to their time and attention to set them up for success in their daily activities
  • Proactively manage complex calendars and remain flexible to change
  • Coordinate calendars with other team leaders
  • Provide high-quality support while anticipating needs
  • Make and manage travel arrangements
  • Provide reliable administrative support for other duties as needed including, but not limited to, checking voicemail, expense tracking, ordering supplies and shipping items

Company strategy and growth

  • Work closely with owners’ to prioritize important projects, provide frequent updates, and ensure completion
  • Work collaboratively with team members and managers in all offices to ensure the proper coordination of company projects
  • Troubleshoot and anticipate needs
  • Provide follow-through support on action items in progress
  • Work with discretion and tact when exposed to confidential information

Building and managing relationships between owners, clients and the company

  • Provide direction, advice, information, support and confidence to the owners through daily communication and reporting
  • Project a professional and supportive image to all clients
  • Follow up with clients by telephone and email
  • Act as a liaison between owner and clients (set up and confirm appointments, review meeting notes, paperwork to open accounts, etc.)
  • Enter and maintain information in our database on a daily basis
  • Respond to correspondence for owners and company

Talents and experience required

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience or college degree
  • Must be able to handle multiple requests, prioritize, and respond efficiently and quickly
  • Must have strong understanding of social media and be willing to learn new ways to leverage it
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit – the ideal candidate loves to embrace new opportunities and make things happen in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment

  • Base salary $55,000-65,000
  • Results-based company bonus 
  • Four weeks vacation after one year of employment
  • Fridays optional work from home after six months of employment
