Wendy’s work at Green Ridge is centered on creating a robust organizational structure that empowers the team to focus entirely on client service. She strives to implement systems and provide support that streamlines daily operations, enabling her colleagues to dedicate their talents to investment and planning services. Her goal is to enhance team efficiency, leading to a more enjoyable and successful experience for everyone involved.
She values the opportunity to apply her diverse skills to new challenges at Green Ridge, finding satisfaction in supporting the team members who directly serve clients. Wendy also cherishes interactions with clients at events and in the office, finding inspiration in their leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. She emphasizes the importance of humility in her career, understanding that supporting others is as fulfilling as providing direct service. This perspective allows her to appreciate the foundational needs of a successful organization and to lead from behind for the benefit of both the team and its clients.

Outside of work, Wendy is deeply involved in volunteering with Girl Scouts, engaging in activities ranging from shelter and food pantry support to hiking and camping. She enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her husband and children at various sporting events. Her upbringing on a farm has instilled in her a love for conservation, needle crafts, art, and farm-to-table cooking, which she enjoys sharing with her children.
