Stacia (pronounced STAY-sha) is driven by a passion for helping people achieve their life goals, understanding that in financial management, strong client relationships are built on personal connections. She believes in fostering genuine relationships by engaging with clients and prospects on a personal level, learning about their lives, aspirations and frustrations.
Her journey with Green Ridge Wealth Planning began in 2019, drawn by Bobby’s vision and the firm’s commitment to fiduciary responsibility. As Green Ridge’s 2nd employee, Stacia has been instrumental to the firm’s growth. After wearing many hats she decided to focus on her passion of connecting with others.
Her approach to building long-term client relationships centers on honesty, consistency, and genuine care. She prioritizes active listening and understanding client concerns, believing that client-centric solutions are paramount. She emphasizes the importance of learning about clients on a personal level, from their families and hobbies to their hopes and dreams.
Stacia’s Role as Director of Client Relations and Business Development:
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with centers of influence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with firm growth objectives, ensuring a seamless client experience and consistent messaging across channels.
- Create outreach initiatives and joint events with key partners to enhance brand visibility, foster trust, and generate new business opportunities within target markets.

Stacia lives in Cedar Grove with her husband Andrew, son Andrew, and daughter Samantha. She is a sports enthusiast and is deeply involved in her local community, particularly in Cedar Grove, where she actively participates in youth sports programs for her children. An entrepreneur in her own right, Stacia also served as the Vice President of the Cedar Grove Chamber of Commerce and as a member of its Downtown Advisory Board when she was running her own small business. Her other passions include volunteering for community-minded organizations such as nourish.NJ, Homeless Solutions, and West Bergen Mental Healthcare.
