He brings that same energy to his work on CEO Bobby Mascia’s podcast and online-community, Business Unchained, connecting entrepreneurs across the nation through real conversation and shared experiences.
When it comes to working with clients and other professionals, Luciano takes a thoughtful approach focused on defining goals, understanding perspectives, and building trust. He emphasizes the importance of asking insightful questions to truly understand the full picture because proper guidance starts with clear direction.

Outside of work, Luciano enjoys spending time with family at the Jersey Shore and playing golf with friends. He’s active in Green Ridge’s volunteer opportunities with nourish.NJ, and Homeless Solutions. His service-minded values stem from his Catholic faith and his church community in Westfield, NJ.
