Jessica feels passionate about the work Green Ridge Wealth Planning does for the firm’s clients and community. As the Director of Marketing & Communications, she relishes the role of showcasing the firm’s dedication, achievements and talented staff to a wider audience.
As the firm’s event planner, Jessica enjoys creating meaningful opportunities for clients to connect with the team, each other and the community. Green Ridge hosts various events throughout the year. These include networking functions, client/staff volunteer gatherings, client-appreciate parties, and the firm’s ever-popular annual ping pong tournament.
Educating clients is a Green Ridge core principle. Jessica’s role includes producing the monthly Investment Committee webinar and editing the firm’s newsletter, which contains original Green Ridge blogs and video content.
Additionally, Jessica produces CEO, Bobby Mascia’s popular podcast, Business Unchained, which delves into the minds of entrepreneurs and business leaders across various industries.
Upon joining the firm in 2023, Jessica was immediately struck by the exceptional camaraderie at Green Ridge. While many companies are still remote, Jessica looks forward to coming into the office daily and experiencing the energy of the group.

- Lehigh University: Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations; Minor: Psychology
- New Jersey Real Estate License
Jessica lives in Morris County with her husband, three girls and the family dog. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, pickleball, staying active on her Peloton, and leafing through decorating magazines and books. She considers herself an animal lover and tree hugger and enjoys giving back to the community through nourish.NJ.
