Helena Mattioli
Joining Green Ridge as our Client Relations Associate, Helena serves our clients in a direct, personal manner by meeting their immediate administrative needs while fostering trust and building lasting relationships. She fills vital roles on both the Operations and Client Relations Teams. Her education and extensive prior work experience in the financial services industry create the foundation on which her superior operational and customer service excellence rests.
Helena’s Role as Client Relations Assistant includes:
- Acting as a liaison between clients and Green Ridge’s investment team
- Ensuring efficient, timely communication, and management of administrative tasks to the client’s benefit and satisfaction
- Scheduling, account maintenance, money movement, and client onboarding
Education:
- Ramapo College of New Jersey: M.A., Special Education/Teaching
- Ramapo College of New Jersey: B.A., Literature
During Helena’s downtime, she prioritizes spending time with her devoted husband, her beloved cats, Rosie and Jelly, and her family. She also enjoys reading and, like a couple of other Green Ridge team members, is a Swifty!
