Donny’s relationship with Green Ridge started long before he ever joined the team. He was not only a client, but also a longtime friend of CEO Bobby Mascia. The two built their careers side by side—Donny in mortgage, Bobby in wealth management—often trading ideas, sharing frustrations, and leaning on each other as they grew their businesses. That history gave Donny a clear view into what Green Ridge was about: a place built on trust, real relationships, and doing right by people, always.

While Donny still supports mortgage clients when it makes sense, his core focus at Green Ridge is making sure more people get connected to something they rarely find in this industry – a team that actually listens, gives a darn, and delivers real, lasting value. He doesn’t see it as “business development”—he sees it as opening the door to a different kind of financial partnership. One rooted in trust, transparency, and putting people first.

With almost three decades in the mortgage industry, Donny has guided individuals and families through life’s biggest financial decisions. That experience shaped his no-nonsense, clarity-first approach: simplify the process, cut through the noise, and make sure people feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Donny also champions innovation at Green Ridge—bringing in tools and strategies that make the client experience smoother, smarter, and more personal.

Outside of work, Donny’s proudest role is being a dad. He’s a dedicated family man, tech enthusiast, and lifelong sports fan with deep ties to Italy’s national soccer team and the New York Yankees. Whether in life or business, Donny believes in consistency, connection, and never losing sight of what really matters.
