Donny spent nearly 30 years in the mortgage industry, sitting inside people’s real financial lives during some of their most pivotal moments. Income, credit, assets, job changes — everything on the table. Those experiences shaped his clarity-first, no-nonsense approach: simplify what matters, cut through the noise, and help people feel confident making decisions that hold up in the real world.
His relationship with Green Ridge began long before he joined the firm. As both a client and longtime friend of CEO Bobby Mascia, Donny saw firsthand what made Green Ridge different — a firm built on trust, transparency, and doing right by people. Today, he helps ensure clients experience exactly that.
Outside the office, Donny’s proudest role is being a dad. He’s a Montville resident, tech enthusiast, and lifelong sports fan, with deep ties to Italy’s national soccer team and the New York Yankees. In business and in life, he believes consistency, accountability, and connection are what create outcomes that last.
