NJBIZ Awards Sean Cole with 2026 “Leaders in Finance” Recognition

March 11, 2026 (Montville, NJ) – Green Ridge Wealth Planning, a leading financial planning and investment management fiduciary, has announced that Sean Cole, CFP®, Investment Advisor Representative, has been named a 2026 “Leaders in Finance” honoree by NJBIZ.
Cole joins fellow Green Ridge Wealth Planning leaders Bobby Mascia, Founder and CEO, and Jordan Kaufman, Partner, CIO and Advisor, who received the same recognition in 2024. The award highlights the firm’s culture, its ability to attract top talent, and the leadership of Bobby and Jordan in developing exceptional investment advisors.
Bobby commented on Cole’s recognition, stating, “Sean brings a sense of calm and security through his confidence, level-headedness, and practical approach, helping Green Ridge clients navigate the sensitive and emotional topic of their finances.”
Since joining the firm in 2021, Cole has played a key role in supporting Green Ridge Wealth Planning’s growth. During that time, the firm expanded from approximately $220 million to more than $400 million in assets under management. Cole helped strengthen the firm’s investment oversight and client onboarding infrastructure and led the implementation of a disciplined portfolio management framework designed to enhance efficiency, improve risk oversight, and ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their financial plans. He works closely with individuals and families on financial planning and portfolio strategy and earned his CFP® certification in 2025.
Sean is also actively involved in community service. He volunteers with Nourish NJ to help package meals for individuals and families facing food insecurity and serves as captain of a team in Hoboken’s Next Basket Wins basketball league, which supports youth basketball programs and student-athletes through its nonprofit arm, Grit and Grind.
Cole and the other honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony hosted by NJBIZ on April 28 at 8:00 a.m. at The Marigold in Somerset, New Jersey.
