Lupinacci joined Green Ridge Wealth Planning in 2019 as the firm’s first employee and has been instrumental in building the client relationship infrastructure that defines the firm’s culture today. Under her leadership, Green Ridge maintains an industry-leading retention rate while growing its assets under management year over year — results that reflect her unwavering commitment to trust, integrity, and genuine human connection.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lupinacci is deeply rooted in the New Jersey community. She recently spearheaded a renovation initiative for West Bergen Mental Healthcare, coordinating clients, friends, family, and local businesses to improve living spaces for residents with developmental and mental health challenges. She has also served as Vice President of the Cedar Grove Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with other local organizations.
Lupinacci holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University. She lives in Cedar Grove with her husband Andrew and their two children.
